A representative from PWS will contact you to review any questions you may have.  We will provide and review with you our License Application and Business Development Plan along with our basic requirements.

Submit a license application and business development plan to PWS

This application and plan will include a resume, personal financial statements for each partner or investor in your group, a complete set of business financials as well as our Business Outlook and Development page.  You will also need to submit a business plan and address how you would build out the market under consideration.

Visit PWS headquarters and PWS partners

PWS will schedule you to visit corporate headquarters in Sacramento, CA and other licensees during this time.  During this day and a half to two-day visit, you will have the opportunity to get an overview of the PWS System and the ins and outs of daily operations.

Approval Process

Your request to partner with PWS will be reviewed for approval.

Enter into an agreement

Once approved, PWS will work with you to finalize our License Agreement.
